("USIBRILHE", "we", "our"), registered under CNPJ/MF nº 12.188.310/0001-60, headquartered at Rua Julio Marmile, nº 1032, Jardim Eden, Nova Odessa, São Paulo, CEP 13382-010, establishes this Shipping Policy to inform our customers ("you", "your") about the delivery conditions of products purchased on our website www.usibrilhe.com.br (the "Site").

  • 1.1. USIBRILHE delivers throughout the entire Brazilian national territory.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

  • 2.1. Deliveries are carried out through Correios and various partner carriers, selected according to the region and service efficiency.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

  • 3.1. The estimated delivery time is provided at the time of purchase and consists of the product manufacturing time plus transportation time to the delivery address.

  • 3.2. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, and chosen shipping method.

  • 3.3. The period begins counting from payment confirmation and is calculated in business days.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • 4.1. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the purchase process, based on the dimensions, weight, and value of the product, as well as the distance to the delivery address.

  • 4.2. Any promotions or special shipping conditions will be announced on the Site or through our communication channels.


5. ORDER PROCESSING

  • 5.1. Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.

  • 5.2. We process orders every day of the week, including weekends and holidays.


6. TRACKING INFORMATION

  • 6.1. After order shipment, all tracking information will be provided to the customer via registered email or phone.

  • 6.2. The customer can track the delivery status using the provided tracking code.


7. UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

  • 7.1. If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient absence or other reasons, the customer must contact our support via email falecom@usibrilhe.com.br, providing the order or invoice number and describing the situation.

  • 7.2. We will do our best to ensure the goods are delivered as agreed.

  • 7.3. Delivery attempts may vary according to the carrier's policy. There are no additional charges for new attempts within standard procedures.

  • 8.1. There are no restrictions on specific products. All products available on the Site can be delivered
