USIBRILHE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Usibrilhe Indústria, Comércio, Importação e Exportação Ltda. ("USIBRILHE"), registered under CNPJ/MF nº 12.188.310/0001-60, headquartered at Rua Julio Marmile, nº 1032, Jardim Eden, Nova Odessa, São Paulo, CEP 13382-010, establishes this Return and Refund Policy to inform our customers ("you", "client") about the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds of products purchased on our website www.usibrilhe.com.br (the "Site").
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1.1. As provided in the Consumer Defense Code (Law nº 8.078/1990), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made outside the commercial establishment (online purchase).
1.2. The deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal is 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product.
1.3. It is not necessary to justify the reason for withdrawal.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
2.1. For the return or exchange to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- 2.1.1. Contain all original tags, seals, and accessories.
- 2.1.2. Accompanied by the purchase invoice (DANFE).
2.2. Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. PROCEDURE TO REQUEST RETURN OR EXCHANGE
3.1. The customer must contact USIBRILHE through customer service channels:

3.2. Provide:
- 3.2.1. Full name and CPF.
- 3.2.2. Order or invoice number.
- 3.2.3. Reason for return or exchange.
- 3.2.4. In case of a defective or damaged product, send photos or videos that prove the problem.
3.3. USIBRILHE will respond to the request within 3 (three) business days, providing instructions for return or exchange.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
4.1. In case of right of withdrawal (up to 7 calendar days):
- 4.1.1. USIBRILHE will cover the shipping costs for the first return of the product.
4.2. In case of exchange for size, color, or model:
- 4.2.1. USIBRILHE will cover the shipping costs for the first exchange.
- 4.2.2. From the second exchange of the same order, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
4.3. In case of defective or damaged product:
- 4.3.1. USIBRILHE will cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange of the defective product, as per item 6 of this policy.
5. REFUNDS
5.1. After receiving and analyzing the returned product, USIBRILHE will provide the refund within 10 (ten) business days.
5.2. The refund will be made according to the payment method used in the purchase:
- 5.2.1. Credit card: Refund on the credit card statement, which may occur within up to two subsequent statements, depending on the card issuer.
- 5.2.2. PIX or bank slip: Deposit into a current account indicated by the customer, which must be in the buyer's name.
- 5.2.3. Mercado Pago or other intermediaries: The refund will be made according to the policies of the intermediary used.
6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
6.1. If the customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transport, they must notify USIBRILHE within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
6.2. Procedure:
- 6.2.1. Contact through customer service channels, reporting the problem and sending photos or videos that prove the defect or damage.
- 6.2.2. USIBRILHE will provide instructions for the return or exchange of the product.
6.3. USIBRILHE will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement of the defective product.
6.4. If the product is no longer available in stock, the customer may choose between:
- 6.4.1. Refund of the paid amount.
- 6.4.2. Choice of another product available on the Site, with compensation for any price difference.
7. PRODUCT WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE
7.1. Free Maintenance for 3 (three) months:
- 7.1.1. USIBRILHE offers free maintenance of products, including shipping and service costs, for a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt.
7.2. Free Maintenance up to 1 (one) year:
- 7.2.1. From the fourth month until completing 1 (one) year from the date of receipt, USIBRILHE will continue to offer the maintenance service free of charge, but the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
7.3. Warranty Conditions:
- 7.3.1. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues related to the quality of materials and workmanship.
- 7.3.2. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, natural wear, unauthorized modifications, or repairs carried out by third parties.
8. QUALITY ANALYSIS
8.1. All returned products undergo a quality analysis by the USIBRILHE team.
8.2. The return or exchange may be refused in the following situations:
- 8.2.1. Signs of improper use or excessive wear.
- 8.2.2. Missing accessories, manuals, or items that make up the product.
- 8.2.3. Evidence of accidental or intentional damage.
8.3. In this case, the product will be resent to the customer, and shipping costs will be their responsibility.
9. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
9.1. USIBRILHE will provide a posting code or schedule the collection of the product, as the case may be.
9.2. The customer must:
- 9.2.1. Properly pack the product, preferably in the original packaging.
- 9.2.2. Include all received items, such as accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- 9.2.3. Follow the provided instructions for shipping.

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS
11.1. This Policy complies with the Consumer Defense Code and other applicable laws.
11.2. USIBRILHE reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time, by publishing the updated version on our Site.
11.3. It is recommended that the customer carefully read this Policy before making a purchase.
